In charge of the kitchen lay-out, the Menu set-up and up-date, the selection and relationships with suppliers, recruitment and management of the staff. In charge of the global P&L of the restaurant. After the success of the restaurant L'invitation that I held for 4 years, Today, I am looking for a more ambitious international project as executive chef or second executive chef.
